CREATIVE WORKSHOPS

We seek to nourish our every moment with intention, meaning and learning. From the inside (in the restaurant) to the outside (varied institutions with educational and cultural spaces), we take and prepare immense topics around conscious eating and sustainable development.

Local Market

Since 2013, a local organic market has opened in Guimarães for the first time. Since then, Cor de Tangerina, started promoting with some of our producers, a meeting in our internal garden, of monthly and then weekly bio and craft products. Little by little, the dynamics grew, and nowadays, the Mercadinho group already has 8 producers from Guimarães, located in the Museu de Alberto Sampaio, next to Praça da Oliveira, in Guimarães. They function, integrated in the Vimaranense Association for Ecology - AVE -, and cooperate together as producers for the functioning of the Market.
